Promotion description
The Chances for Children Foundation Donate before December 8 Prize Draw begins on Monday 28 October 2024 at 8am and ends on Friday 6 December 2024 at midnight (the "Promotion Period").

The sponsor of this draw is Mallee Family Care Ltd ("Sponsor"). By participating in the draw by donating to Chances for Children via www.givenow.com.au/malleechancesforchildren during the Promotion Period, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

The Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission and processing of Entries and the overall administration of the donation drive and prize draw. Any individual or organisation that donates to the Chances for Children Foundation via www.givenow.com.au/malleechancesforchildren during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the draw to win one of five prizes listed within the Prize Pool below. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the draw.

The Sponsor may be reached by email at chances4children@malleefamilycare.com.au during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility
The prize draw is open to legal residents of Australia who are aged 18 years plus (the "Entrant").  Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
This prize draw is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.   The Sponsor is not responsible for any errors in donation on behalf of the Entrant.

Prizes
The Prize Pool (valued at over $900) includes:

• One winner will receive a Chemist Warehouse hamper valued at $300
• One winner will receive an Anaconda pack valued at $249
• One winner will receive a Cookes pools & Spas pack valued at $160
• One winner will receive a Murray River Salt hamper valued at $100
• One winner will receive a J-R Family Butchers voucher valued at $100

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.  The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
  
This raffle is open to legal residents of Australia, (excluding those prohibited from entry as previously listed) and Prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

How to enter
Enter the draw during the Promotion Period by donating to the Chances for Children Foundation via the designated URL.  All donations received during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Draw. Only one entry will be issued for each donation Individuals and organisations can donate as many times as they wish to increase chances of winning.

Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set out in this document. The Sponsor's Givenow donations clock will be the official timekeeper for this raffle.

Winner selection
The Winner(s) of this draw will be selected at random from the pool of eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. An electronic random draw will be conducted at 1pm on Monday 9 December 2024 at 60 Madden Avenue, Mildura by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. There will be at least two witnesses who will attend the draw for verification purposes.

Winner notification
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email (on the phone number and/or email provided at the time of donation) as soon as practical after the random draw takes place. Winners must accept a prize by phone or email as directed by the Sponsor within three days of notification. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including incorrect contact details, technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any phone account.

Any winner notification not responded to may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

Privacy
Any personal information supplied by Entrants will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor available on the Mallee Family Care website. By making a donation during the Promotion Period and entering the draw, Entrants grant the Sponsor permission to share their name and any other personally identifiable information with the other Entrants for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including on social media and other marketing and promotional materials.

Limitation of liability
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this raffle; or (c) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the donation drive and raffle.

If, for any reason, the donation drive and prize draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this donation drive or raffle, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the donation drive or raffle in whole or in part. In such event, the Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and the Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Terms & Conditions) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. The Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the donation drive and raffle.

Winners List/Terms & Conditions
To obtain a copy of the Winners List or a copy of these Terms & Conditions, send your request via email to chances4children@malleefamilycare.com.au. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than one month after the Promotion Period has ended. Prize winner's names will be available on the Chances for Children Foundation Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/chancesmildura after winner confirmation is complete.
