Students eligible for
Centrelink’s Start-Up Loan are encouraged to opt in and may still be eligible for a Chances Scholarship.
Apprentices are encouraged to opt-in for the
Trade Support Loan.
Rural Chances Scholarships
For young rural Victorians who have career aspirations but are facing significant financial or social challenges in accessing their opportunities. Macpherson Smith Rural Foundation (MSRF) are offering 10 scholarships valued at $5,000 and a further 10 smaller scholarships of up to $2,000.
QLS Group Wimmera Mallee Scholarship.
This scholarship is available to students commencing at University College in 2018 and for each subsequent year that the student resides at University College while studying at the University of Melbourne.
Awarded to a student from the Wimmera Mallee region of Victoria with financial need, ongoing for a maximum of three years.

Year 12 Scholarships
The Department of Education and Training administers more than 25 different student scholarships which equates to approximately 250 scholarship awards (as some scholarships have more than the one award):
Year 12 Scholarships are for students who are studying in Victoria (Australia), who are currently completing year 12 and who are citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
Tertiary Scholarships are for students who are studying in Victoria (Australia) and who are citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
